The Harmonizing Life alignment process is an emotional wellbeing coaching process created by life-coach Dawn Breslin, Founder of the Harmonizing Coaching Academy.
It is a gentle ten step process that brings you on a journey of building a life that you love, with discovery through self reflection, taking notice and honouring the times when you are ready for growth and action and also when you need to rest, bringing balance into your life.
We will work together to discover the essence of you; what brings you joy, where you are expending and receiving energy, concluding with a clear plan on how to weave positive actions into your everyday life to enhance your courage, energy, productivity and feelings of fulfilment.

Consultations are available on a one-to-one basis or in small group settings.
We work together recognising natural cycles of growth, rest and repair.
Each week, over a number of weeks, we meet together for one hour to focus on an aspect of the Harmonizing Life Alignment process.
Following our meeting you will be encouraged to carry out some activities each week before we meet again. Some activity examples include answering some self reflection questions, writing or drawing in a journal, going outside to enjoy nature, making a collage, talking with a friend or loved one. Everything will be explained clearly at each meeting.
You are provided with a workbook, tools and resources to accompany you on this journey of self discovery and change.
Whether with work colleagues or in a small group retreat setting, the opportunity to work together as a group provides the space to experience elements of the Harmonizing Life Alignment process in an encouraging and safe environment.
Working on an individual basis and together in small groups for elements of the day builds a sense of community and allows you to begin your journey of change in your life towards a more balanced existence.
